ABOUT SARAH
Sarah brings a wealth of experience to her role at Embodied Wisdom Institute. With nine years of expertise in facilitating both group and individual meditation sessions, she has honed her ability to create deeply transformative experiences for her students.
Sarah is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, where she received comprehensive training in the principles and practices of yoga. Her dedication to her craft is further demonstrated by her completion of the Integrative Restoration - iRest Level I Yoga Nidra Training with the Integrative Restoration Institute and the Basic Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, equipping her with advanced skills in this powerful form of meditative practice and prenatal yoga.
In addition to her formal training, Sarah has over eight years of experience guiding students of all levels through hatha yoga and meditation practices. Her approach is characterized by a deep commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing environment, where students can explore their inner landscapes and cultivate greater self-awareness.
She is known for her empathetic teaching style, which empowers students to connect with their own inner wisdom and achieve profound personal growth.
