Our weekly group sound meditation sessions are open to everyone regardless of experience. Sessions are held in a small, intimate setting that allows for genuine presence and community. You’ll rest comfortably while Vanessa plays therapeutic instruments throughout the space — creating conditions for deep stillness, a softening of the nervous system, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.

A private sound meditation session is a deeply personal and individualized experience. Sessions are tailored to your current needs, intentions, and comfort — with time before and after to settle in and integrate.

Many people find that private sessions deepen their relationship with their own body in ways that feel difficult to access in daily life — a greater sense of listening inward, increased restoration, and a felt sense of being more grounded and present. Available at Embodied Wisdom Institute by appointment.
