Rooted in trauma-informed care, this practice isn’t about performance or perfection—it’s about creating space for your body to unwind, your mind to quiet, and your energy to recalibrate. Through intentional use of instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, you are gently guided back to a sense of internal coherence and calm.
